It doesn’t get much more scenic than Bozeman, Montana a picturesque college town nestled between four mountain ranges and located just 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. A paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, Bozeman boasts easy access to world-class skiing, fishing, hiking, rafting, and more.

It also offers a charming downtown area and a surprisingly vibrant cultural scene, thanks to the presence of Montana State University and a number of art and music events like the annual Sweet Pea Festival.

Resources

Transportation Child Care

Having transportation is critical, especially during clinicals. The MSU website has information on visitor parking, permits, violations and where you can secure your bicycle. It also includes a helpful campus map with all the parking areas highlighted.

MSU Parking Services

Child Care Connections is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves as the only child care resource and referral agency in Gallatin, Park, Meagher, Broadwater, Jefferson, and Lewis and Clark Counties. 
   

Housing

Montana state offers an  Off-Campus Housing Marketplace of available housing across Bozeman, all in one place. The website allows you to filter properties based on your needs, such as number of rooms, rent and location, and to connect directly with landlords.  

Along with searching for housing, the marketplace also provides students resources to prepare them for the transition to off-campus living, such as links for the MSU Off-Campus Living website, public transportation, roommate tips, student legal services, and renter’s insurance and relocation. There is also a complete renter’s education guide.

Campus housing is also available on campus at Residence Life.

Computer Labs

Students have acces to computers in the Renne Library.
