As part of Montana’s land grant university, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at MSU (formerly Wonderlust) provides intellectually stimulating and enjoyable programs that foster lifelong learning and community engagement for individuals 50 and greater. There are no tests. No grades. No papers. OLLI at MSU offers learning opportunities for the pure joy of learning. OLLI at MSU is a program of MSU Academic Technology and Outreach.

OLLI at MSU Offerings

We are excited to offer a diverse line-up of topics and programs each semester. OLLI at MSU offers members only multi-day courses, a speaker series, behind the scenes tours of local businesses and performing arts groups, seasonal events, and book discussion groups. If you are looking for in-depth learning and local travel, an OLLI at MSU Montana Travel Series program may be right up your alley. Our semester reception, monthly Friday Forum, and Community Events are open to the public.

All OLLI at MSU programs are created by members for members, and instructed by local and visiting professionals, university professors and staff. Our ‘teaching staff’ enjoy instructing our engaged, curious and enthusiastic OLLI at MSU members.

OLLI at MSU is guided by a volunteer Advisory Council, composed of members from throughout the greater Gallatin Valley community.
