What should I wear?
We suggest business-professional attire and neutral colors. Please avoid bright colors as these will reflect that color onto your face. Avoid wearing clothing with logos unless they are MSU-branded logos.
How long does it take?
The portraits are very quick and usually only take about 5-10 minutes.
When do you do portraits?
We offer portrait appointments Monday mornings.
How much does it cost?
Our portraits are complimentary for MSU faculty and staff.
I tried scheduling an appointment but it shows no availability.
Please double-check you are selecting Monday on the scheduling calendar. During times of high volume, appointments may be booked out several weeks.
What if I'm late?
Portraits are scheduled every 15 minutes to allow time for sanitizing between appointments due to the COVID-19 virus. If you are late you may be asked to reschedule.
Can I schedule a session for my whole team?
We are unable to accommodate groups of people in our offices. If you need individual photos for your whole department please contact us and we will work with you to coordinate a solution.
Can I schedule an appointment for a group photo?
Our studio is only large enough for individuals. Please contacts us to arrange a group photo of your team.
Why does everybody's portrait look the same, can I have mine outdoors or in front
of a different background?
We do the portraits this way for consistency and to provide the most versatile photo for a variety of uses including the MSU website, press-releases, marketing and for event promotion where you might be a presenter.
