The Recommendations Phase is on track to meet scheduled completion early November. The sub-committee will be seeking feedback from the university communities on proposed solutions in October through a public town hall format. Visit the Recommendations Progress page for more information.

The Recommendations phase Communication Campaign is well underway! So far the sub-committee has met with the following campus groups:

Purpose
The purpose of the Recommendations phase is to sort through the issues and potential solutions compiled in the Discovery phase and prepare a priority list of proposals for the steering committee, executive sponsor, and ultimately campus communities to consider. Final decisions will be made by the executive sponsor and president.
Responsibilities
The Recommendations phase sub-committee is responsible for:
- Evaluating existing data.
- Identifying highest priority issues.
- Eliciting proposed solutions from Subject Matter Experts across the university.
- Developing a standard format to summarize proposals.
- Creating a model to prioritize issues and solutions.
- Recommending proposed solutions to the steering committee in order of priority.
Progress
To date the Recommendations sub-committee has analyzed data and compiled findings from the service provider satisfaction survey and the service customer satisfaction survey, summarizing the highest priority issues. A standard format has been developed to summarize proposals and a model has been developed to evaluate and prioritize proposals. The Recommendations sub-committee members are working with functional area staff to flesh out issues and potential solutions as well as contributing their own expertise (see Findings).
The Information Gathering team continues to gather data on process issues and solutions. The Recommendations sub-committee is moving forward with data already made available to capture "early wins" and will continue to refine and incorporate recommendations as more data becomes available.
The steering committee will publish and solicit input from the campus communities on proposed solutions.
