The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 included a provision that allows an institution, on a case-by-case basis, to include in a student's cost of attendance (COA) the documented cost of a personal computer. Allowing inclusion of the cost is not based on any particular program of study or program requirement. If you enroll in a Study Abroad program sponsored by other organizations, colleges or educational institutions, or enroll directly in a foreign institution, you should contact the school or program to learn about financial resources that may be available to you. |

BUDGET: This evaluation of estimated expenses is for those students who are applying for Financial Aid. Fill out the Estimated Expenses yourself to the best of your ability and then bring the form to the Office of International Programs for a signature. Then take one copy of the completed form, along with any required documentation, to the Financial Aid Office and provide one copy to the Office of International Programs. |

Tuition Waiver Requests |

Faculty & Staff Tuition Waiver Request Employing department must be an entity of any unit of the Montana University System. A separate form must be completed for each semester for which a faculty/staff tuition waiver is being requested. The employee must be in a 3/4 time or greater status at the beginning of the semester for which the waiver is requested. Retroactive tuition waivers will not be honored. |

Departmental Tuition Waiver for Students Tuition Waivers can be granted by various departments and agencies. The granting agency must use this form. Please return the completed and signed form to the Office of Financial Aid before the 15th class day of each semester. |
