Current Research:

I am using computer modeling to inform whitebark pine conservation and restoration efforts in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.  My goal is to identify areas that can be managed as high value refugia, locations for restoration after wildfire, and areas for assisted migration that anticipate future shifts in climate space.
