Happy break (or snowmester, as the case may be)! We won't have a regular Monday Minutes until the start of spring, but I wanted to share some scholarship opportunities now, while you hopefully have a little time to take advantage of them.

Jane Hammer Holmgren Scholarship (JHH)

This scholarship recognizes an outstanding Montana woman who is pursuing a degree, certification, graduate or post-graduate work in the field of elementary education. It is given in memory of Jane Hammer Holmgren who was an elementary teacher. Eligibility requirements include:
  • Has completed at least two years of college and is pursuing a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, or post-graduate work in Elementary Education.
  • Will be working directly with students rather than in administration.

Montana State University. Cat Scholarships.

Scholarship season opens November 1st, with a priority deadline of February 1st, 2021. Our donors are very generous and it will be worth your time to complete the application. Apply for Cat Scholarships here. The essay is especially important as you demonstrate your need for financial assistance and your passion for your program of study.
