This is Tia’s 3rd year at Montana State University. She has lived all over the nation and oversees, but calls Western Washington home where her family currently resides. She graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2015 and from The Ohio State University with a M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2017. She has 8 years of experience in residence life and hopes to continue her career with helping students find their place at MSU. She is especially passionate about wellness and mindfulness practices to help students learn how to “thrive” instead of just “survive”. Tia knows that North Hedges and the Headwaters Complex will have a year full of new friendships and fun memories.
In her free time, Tia loves to take walks, explore Bozeman, and talk endlessly about music. If you really want to win her heart, bring her some dark chocolate almonds or gluten free cupcakes!
