Hey!  I'm Teresa and am super excited to assist you on your path at MSU and beyond.  My role as a Business Coach is to listen to your needs, be a resource and give you any directional guidance you may need to achieve your academic and career goals.

Coaching style/strengths/weaknesses:

  • Supportive, direct, non-judgemental
  • Strengths include: presentations, pitch decks, time management, client relations, communication, project management, business development
  • Weaknesses include: anything with math, where the letters represent numbers, shapes that mean something, the word "formula"...you get the idea

What I actually do:

I have over 25 years experience in the media and advertising world.  I currently own and run, with the help of my CO based team, H4 Agency.  My days are spent developing media strategy which encompasses digital targeting avenues, social, OTT and a bunch of other three letter acronyms.  Creative development is my all time favorite.  I love coming up with a great tag line or slogan.  Script writing, data analysis and tons of time studying demographics round out my job description.  Prior to starting H4, I worked for FOX network where my dream was to be a Sports Broadcaster, but fell in love with the advertising world, sales and station management.  Interesting fact, while at FOX, Jake Jabs was one of my clients with American Furniture Warehouse.  I have a BA in Mass Media with a minor in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

I love spending time with my two daughters, both MSU students, and my two dogs (not students of anything) while exploring MT.  Anything involving snow, hiking shoes or my mountain bike makes me happy.  So does a win by my KC Chiefs, Iowa Hawkeyes and of course my MSU Bobcats.

Stop by the BBCC to talk school, work, football, or whatever it is you need to discuss!  I look forward to seeing you.
