This is my second semester as a Bracken Center coach and I’m excited to work with you in all aspects of business communications (writing, teamwork, and professionalism). I am here to provide reassurance and confidence in navigating class assignments, set you up for success towards future goals, and put a smile on your face at least once during our coaching session.

Strengths as a Coach:

  • Curious, collaborative and calm coaching style.
  • Expertise in content organization, clarity and conciseness, resume writing, and semester-long projects.
  • Direct experience in nonprofit business operations, marketing and communications, fundraising, and executive leadership.

I’ve been fortunate to call Bozeman my home since 2002 and found my career path among local and national nonprofits. Most recently, I held a variety of roles culminating in the position of Executive Director with the Bozeman Symphony. Since, and outside of my time on campus, I joined the Bozeman-based consulting firm Stillwater Strategy Partners in 2023. I have degrees from Montana State University (B.S. in Business) and Syracuse University (M.S. in Communications), hold a certificate in Orchestra Management from the League of American Orchestras, Board Leadership and Development training from the MJ Murdock Charitable Trust, resume writer certification through the NRWA, and received Bozeman's young professionals "20 Under 40" award in 2022. Professional development has always been very important to me!

Outside of coaching and consulting, you’ll find me hiking, mountain biking, eating out, cooking, cycling at Zephyr, traveling (excited to go to Kuala Lumpur this year to celebrate my 40th birthday!) reading, and above all, spending time with my husband Charlie and our two children, Iris (8) and Ellis (3).

Based on my bio, I’m hopeful certain aspects resonate in a way that can be of service to you. I will always ensure that you feel good about the work you are doing, are valued as a member of this exceptional community, and that through the Bracken Center, you will have an impactful experience as part of your student journey.
