Surplus Guidelines
ALL Items are for University Departments Only (unless listed under Public)
- If interested in an item, email Property Management to view or reserve. Once items are reserved you can put in a Work Order form to Facility Services by following the link under the Forms tab (upper right) or you can contact Property Management to schedule a time to pick up the item yourself.
The Work Order Request Form template can be saved and filled out when you need it. Fill in the information including work to be done, items to be picked up, where to pick them up, where to deliver them, and most importantly an Index number for Facilities to charge for the work. Please keep a copy for your records and send a copy to Property Management. Facility Services charges approximately $35/hr per laborer, moving rate.
