The University Information Technology offers the following file storage options to MSU users for sharing and storing data.
Knox - a secure file server located on campus that uses encryption to safeguard data.
Eligibility: Faculty & Staff

Montana State Box - an unlimited cloud-based storage system with built in collaboration tools and versioning.
Eligibility: Faculty, Staff, Students
Cost: Free
Request account: Accounts are automatically created; access with NetID and password.

OneDrive for Business - Microsoft's cloud-based storage system.
Eligibility: Faculty, Staff & Students
Cost: Free
Request account: Comes with Office 365 Office ProPlus software.
