Pre-Med Intake

For students who are interested in preparing for a career in the medical field, the Pre-Med Intake program at Montana State allows for exploration and preparation in academic majors that will lead to the health care sector. It is important to note that the program is not a major from which students will graduate, nor is it an intended major for nursing students. Graduates of the Pre-Med Intake program have gone onto pursue graduate study in the fields of medicine, dentistry, pharmaceuticals, physical therapy and more.

Year One:

• Dedicated Academic Advisor
• Essential pre-med course work
• Targeted exploration of academic major and career options
• Support services to promote academic suceess

Years 2-4:

• Declare Major of Interest for Graduation
• Colloborate with Health Professions Advising for application to professional school
