ASMSU Programs play a crucial role in enhancing the Montana State University student experience by offering diverse and engaging initiatives, including cultural events, leadership development, and community engagement opportunities. Funded by student fee dollars allocated by the ASMSU Senate each Spring, these programs are designed for students, by students, with student Chairs leading each program and overseeing a team of student workers. This student-driven approach ensures that the programs reflect the evolving needs and interests of the student body, promoting a dynamic and inclusive campus environment.

The ASMSU Events Team, as a student-led initiative within ASMSU, organizes affordable and inclusive events fostering a sense of belonging, community, entertainment, and student retention through creative and accessible activities.

 

Arts

The ASMSU Arts Team curates exhibitions, markets, and workshops in the visual arts to educate, challenge, and engage students, faculty, staff, and the Bozeman community with contemporary art and ideas, fostering learning and connections.

Marketing

The ASMSU Marketing Team is dedicated to maintaining a unified brand, prioritizing student-generated content and the student voice in all communications and public relations.

Films

The ASMSU Films Team manages the Procrastinator Theater, a student-run movie theater in the Montana State University Student Union Building, offering a wide selection of new and classic films at affordable prices for both students and the local community.

Legal Services

ASMSU Legal Services offer Montana State University students confidential legal advice and assistance on various matters to help them navigate legal issues they may encounter during their academic journey.
