Instructions

  1. Roast lentil protein at 400°F for 10 minutes until just golden and fragrant.
  2. Combine and blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Press the mixture into a pan lined with parchment; refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  4. Cut into squares and enjoy.
