Hospitality Management
The undergraduate Hospitality Management program prepares students to become skilled professionals within the expanding local, regional, national and global hospitality industries. Hospitality Management majors choose to focus their coursework in one of two options housed in either the College of Education, Health and Human Development or the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship.
The College of Education, Health and Human Development houses the Sustainable Hospitality option. This option combines classroom learning and hands-on internships to address challenges within the expanding hospitality industry while fostering responsible business practices that benefit communities and the environment. Graduates will receive a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and enter the workforce well-equipped to lead environmentally responsible, socially equitable, and economically viable hospitality enterprises.
