      1. New award hosted by Diversity Council is going live. Nominations will open soon. Please consider nominating a staff member who has made impacts on diversity and inclusion at MSU. 
    4. Policy Review
      1. Research Agreements Policy
      2. Members posed questions about potential affected parties and how certain  situationswould fit within this policy. Ariel is going to follow up to learn more about these questions.

    1. Library is bringing fuzzy rabbits for students to de-stress sometime during the spring semester
  2. Upcoming diversity events: see https://www.montana.edu/diversity/events/ 
    1. Members shared upcoming efforts in their areas, including diversity trainings for professional development, Health Equity Circle club progress on course creation, spring DISC graduation celebrations, and inclusion in athletics such as great turnout for MMIW & MMIP games, recognition for women in sports, and black history month games.
