    The Office of Diversity and Inclusion re-launched departmental diversity self-studies this year. All academic departments submitted self-study reports in November 2022. Ariel and Nika shared themes that emerged from this year’s self-study reports with the Diversity Council.

    Shared products of this project with colleagues in small groups, reflected on its significance with the larger council.
