Globus Data Transfer Client

Globus is a cloud data transfer platform that enables high-performance, high-reliability data transfers between systems. The Globus client can be installed on nearly any system to create a Globus endpoint. Data can then be transferred between endpoints via the Globus web interface. 

RCI maintains a Globus endpoint in the Science DMZ to allow data of nearly any size to be easily and quickly transferred and shared with external collaborators. Globus endpoints are available on Tempest HPC, Blackmore storage, and OneDrive, providing a fast and reliable method for transfer of large data.
