Malting Characteristics

Lightning is in the AMBA Pilot testing propgram (2020 crop). Malting profiles equal to, or superior to, the endeavor ajd WEintmalt checks and aligns msot closely with the AMBA all-malt criteria. Lighting may show dormancy and/or water sensitivity - therefore, standard 4mL amd 8mL tests are recommended prior to initiating malting. Lighting will be more responsive in the malthouse if adjustments are made for water sensitivity.
