  1. Connecting with Campus Leaders: Forge lasting connections with a diverse group of individuals from different academic and administrative departments, fostering ongoing  relationships with campus leaders.
  2. Listening to Informative Presentations: Attend presentations by university administrators, deans, and department heads. These sessions provide an overview of  their roles, strategic vision, and contributions to the   university.
  3. Actively Participating in Campus Tours: Campus tours are an excellent way for participants to become familiar with the university’s facilities.
  4. Active Participation in Monthly Sessions: Develop Leadership Skills through group facilitation and presentation exercises.
