12/10/09 2250 12/10/09 2250 DUI – an officer attempted to pull over an ATV, at which time the driver attempted to elude officers by driving away.  The driver and a passenger then ditched the ATV and ran away on foot.  Both subjects were located a few minutes later. S. 11th & Opportunity Way The driver was cited for DUI, attempting to elude an officer, obstructing a peace officer, and driving with no license plate.  The passenger was cited for obstructing a peace officer, being in possession of multiple driver’s licenses, and MIP. Both males were transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center.  Case closed.
