Theft – an MSU employee reported that an MSU Concessions golf cart had been stolen. MSU Fieldhouse (exterior) An investigation yielded the recovery of the golf cart.  No suspects were located.  Case closed.

Warrant arrest – during a traffic stop an officer discovered that an arrest warrant had been issued for the driver.

1800 block of Kagy Blvd. The driver was arrested on the warrant and taken to the Gallatin County Detention Center.  The driver was also issued a citation for no insurance.

S. 6th Ave. An officer responded and made contact with the bicyclists.  It was determined that no property had been damaged, and the officer gave the two individuals a verbal warning for criminal trespass.
